Medical, social and economic aspects of quantum therapy

For more than forty years of application of the laser-, and then quantum therapy in
Russia for the treatment of various diseases, a vast clinical statistics, facts and materials
has been accumulated, proving the efficiency and safety of the method. Moreover,
clinicians have noted and a significant economic impact in the application of quantum
therapy in combination with pharma.
Professor O. K. Skobelkin’s Research[1] showed that reduction of the duration of
treatment is 2-3 times or more with laser (quantum) therapy connected to a conventional
treatment led to a huge economic impact.
Carrying quantum therapy in newborns proved its high efficiency in infectious
and inflammatory diseases, hyperbilirubinemia, sepsis, neonatal spinal injuries and other
pathologies of newborns [2].
A significant costs reduction and cardiovascular diseases treatment shortening
observed at the application of quantum therapy. An analysis conducted by the American
researcher (David Rindge) demonstrates high efficacy and efficiency of the method use in
Russia and the CIS[3].
Quantum Therapy in Oncology and Pediatric Oncology, which has been widely
used in Western countries, can not only reduce the time of treatment of complications of
chemo-radiotherapy, but also improve the survival rate[4, 5, 6, 7].
The safety of quantum therapy, its high efficiency and economy make a quantum
medicine to be medicine of the XXI century.

Quantum hemotherapy by multifactor RIKTA devices – innovation treatment
method for wide spectrum of diseases
Along with development of quantum technologies the method of quantum hemotherapy
(QH) – supravenous blood irradiation - is widely used. Mechanism of QT curative action
is the same for different pathologies. Its pronouns effect is connected with influence of
quantum irradiation on metabolism: oxidation of energy-yielding materials – glucose,
pyruvate, lactate – that leads to improvement of microcirculation and oxygen utilization
in tissues. Changes in the microcirculation system are connected with vasodilatation and
change of blood rheological properties due to decreasing its viscosity and reducing
aggregate erythrocyte activity. If fibrinogen level exceeds 25-30% normal, then after
quantum impact the level is educed by 38-51%.
QH is used as analgesic, antioxidative, desensitizes biostimulating, immunocorrecting,
detoxicating, vasolidating, antiarrhythmic, antibacterial, antihypoxic, antiedermic and
anti-inflammatory means.
During clinical investigations there were defined secondary effects of quantum blood
irradiation that provide pronouns therapeutic effect: microcirculation improvement –
retardation of thrombocyte aggregation, rise of their plasticity, reduction of fibrinogen
concentration in plasma and increase in fibrinolytic activity, decrease in blood viscosity,
improvement of blood rheological properties, increase in tissue oxygen supply; decrease
or disappearance of ischemia in the organ tissues - increases cardiac output, decreases the
total peripheral resistance, dilate coronary vessels, increases tolerance to stress;
normalization of energy metabolism in cells exposed to hypoxia or ischemia; antiinflammatory effect due to inhibition of the release of histamine and other inflammatory
mediators from mast cells, inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, normalization of
capillary permeability, reduce edematic and pain syndrome; correction of immunity;
effect on lipid peroxidation in blood serum; normalization of lipid metabolism.
This type of quantum therapy is performed with the first days of illness, in the period of
recovery and rehabilitation, and provides high clinical effect.

In this study, the authors explain the reason for the high efficiency of
quantum therapy in various diseases, basing on numerous clinical
studies. In addition, a preventive actions with the use of quantum
therapy leads to the significant reduction in morbidity and health
improvement with minimal costs. Possibility of quantum therapy for
people of ages ranging from newborn babies to elderly patients, make
this technique unique. High efficiency, safety and economy allow the
quantum therapy to be called the medicine of the future.
Quantum therapy of coronary heart disease

Foremost among cardiac diseases worth coronary heart disease (CHD). The
positive impact of drug treatment (DT) on the course of CHD absolutely
was not identified. For example, the results of the 5-year follow-up of
patients with stenocardia at systematic DT showed that mortality (2.8%
per year) did not differ from a similar group of patients who did not
receive any DT. Within this, a numerous complications and adverse
effects on the applied DT were documented. The introduction of the
methods of quantum therapy in cardiology practice allowed to
significantly improve outcomes of patients with cardiovascular disease,
including coronary heart disease. In this paper we present numerous
clinical studies proving the high efficiency of quantum therapy in the
treatment of coronary artery disease.
За более чем сорокалетний период применения в России лазерной, а затем
квантовой терапии при лечении различных заболеваний, накоплен огромный
клинический материал,
свидетельствующий о высокой эффективности и
безопасности метода. Помимо этого, клиницисты отмечают и значительный
экономический эффект при применении квантовой терапии в комбинации с
фармпрепаратами.
Исследования профессора O.K. Скобелкина [1] показали, что сокращение
сроков лечения в 2-3 и более раз при подключении к традиционному лечению
лазерной (квантовой) терапии, приносит огромный экономический эффект.
Проведение квантовой терапии у новорожденных детей доказало её
высокую эффективность при инфекционно-воспалительных заболеваниях,
гипербилирубинемии, сепсисе, неонатальных спинальных травмах и других
патологиях новорожденных [2].
Существенное снижение расходов и сокращение сроков лечения сердечнососудистых заболеваний отмечено при применении квантовой терапии. Анализ,
проведенный
американским
исследователем
(DavidRindge)
наглядно
демонстрирует высокую эффективность и экономичность применяемого в России и
странах СНГ метода [3].
Квантовая терапия в онкологии и детской онкологии, которая широко стала
применятьсяи в странах Запада, позволяет не только сократить срок и лечения
осложнениих имио-лучевойтерапии, но и повысить процент выживаемости [4, 5, 6,
7].
Безопасность квантовой терапии, её высокая эффективность и
экономичность и делают квантовую медицину – медициной XXI века.
