OFFICIAL NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The annual meeting of the Irish Setter Club of America will be
held at the Hilton Marietta on Thursday,
April 16, 2015 at 5:00 PM, followed by the
President's Roundtable and Region III Hospitality on the Terrace.
PRESIDENT'S ROUND TABLE
Participation in the President's Round Table is limited to the President of ISCA and Presidents of
local Irish Setter Clubs. In their absence, one representative may be designated in writing by a
local president.
Health Clinic
Annual Health Clinic will be held at the conclusion of Puppy Sweepstakes judging on Wednesday
afternoon, April 15th at the Marietta Hilton Resort & Conference Center.
NEW THIS YEAR - There will be online, pre-registration for tests being offered. There will be
a $15.00 discount on the price of each test for those that pre-register. Also, with pre-registration,
there will be no need to bring forms as they will all be printed by the Health Clinic committee and
waiting for you when you check in. Once checked in, there will be a Pre-Registered Priorty
Line. More information will be sent out via Flea Bytes, along with the link to the on-line
registration process. Please help make this the most efficient health clinic ever and plan to Preregister.

Region III Hospitality - Please join us ringside after dog judging
is complete for an ice cream social on Thursday, April 16th.
Please observe the marked "Exercise Areas" and stay off the "No Dog" areas around the
hotel grounds and show site. You are expected to clean up promptly after your dogs at the
hotel. Pooper Scoopers and refuse cans will be provided for your convenience.
BATHING & POWER:
HOTEL: It is forbidden to bathe dogs in your room. Outdoor bathing stations will be provided at the host
hotel and at Jim Miller Park.
Portable generators will be allowed in the grooming area. Space will be available for grooming or drying
under a grooming tent and near the rings. Please follow instructions for location of generators and bring
long extension cords.
NOTICE: The Irish Setter Club of America, Inc. retains the right to refuse advertising and/or checks from
individuals who have outstanding debts with the Club.
VIDEOTAPE: Please be advised that The Irish Setter Club of America, Inc. has authorized Ken Davis to
videotape its 43rd National Specialty, Obedience Trial, Rally and Agility Trial.

DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging
will be excused.
JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are respon-sible for
the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-giving club and
the Show Superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system
or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.
ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the
exercise pens.
CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made
in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the show Superintendent to be advised at once. The Show
Superintendent and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over.
THERE SHALL BE NO drilling nor intensive or corrective training of dogs on the show grounds or premises.
EXHIBITORS SHOULD FOLLOW THEIR VETERINARIAN'S RECOMMENDATION to assure their dogs are free of
internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations.
ISCA RESERVES the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. ALL TROPHIES AND PRIZES must be
claimed the day of the show. None will be mailed or otherwise distributed.
THE WELFARE OF AN EXHIBITOR'S CHILD OR AN ATTENDEE'S CHILD is assumed to be the responsibility of
the exhibitor or attendee. It is distinctly understood that exhibitors and attendees will exercise control and restraint
over their children on the days of the show.
ALL PERSONS ATTENDING THESE DOG SHOWS hereby waive any claim for damages against the Irish Setter
Club of America, its members or agents, in the event a motor vehicle must be entered to rescue a dog from
overheating or suffocation due to improper ventilation.
