Theme: Animals and colours
Aims and objectives:
- навчити описувати те, що бачиш на малюнку;
- вивчити і називати кольори, тварин;
- ввести структуру What colour is it?;
- познайомити учнів із правилами читання букви K k;
- формувати навички монологічного мовлення на рівні речення
з опорою на наочність та навички діалогічного мовлення на
рівні мікродіалогу з опорою на зразок;
- удосконалювати техніку читання вголос;
- розвивати фонематичний слух, гнучкість артикуляційного
апарату, мовну здогадку, пам'ять, увагу, вміння самостійно
працювати з картками;
- виховувати інтерес до вивчення англійської мови.
Equipments: підібрані вправи за темою, кольорові малюнки тварин,
таблиці, наочні картки, журналу "Posnayko" №1 січень, 2011,
презентація Power Point, video disk “English alphabet”.

Dear children look at the screen. Be attentive! After this cartoon you will
say the topic of our today’s lesson (video disk “English alphabet”). Діти
переглядають урок англійської мови з тітонькою совою , яка
розповідає про літеру K k , нові слова з цією літерою.
Are you guess, about what we shall be talk today? Сьогодні ми з вами
поговоримо про кольори, тварин та літеру K k. How do you think,
where can you use this knowledge? What shall we do during this lesson?
What are you expecting from today’s lesson? (на дошці хмаринки,
сонечко, учні отримують вирізані різнокольорові кульки і записують
на них свої очікування , а в кінці уроку прикріплять їх на ту висоту,
відповідно до того, як справдились їхні очікування) . You have
balloons on your desk please write down your
expecting. And for the end of the lessons your
balloons will be high or low. It’s depends from you!
For each right answer and active work I’ll give you

7. Group work. Now you will choose the flower which colour you like
best of all, then you will sit down to pupils with the same colour and do
the task. (за допомогою квітів різних кольорів учні обирають команду
в якій будуть працювати). On the desk you have colour pencils and cards
with tasks. You should to paint animals and words according their
colours. (“Posnayko” №1 січень 2011 on p.17)( 2 min).

8. Speaking.
Навчимось вживати вираз «What colour is...?». Учні читають за
ролями ланцюжком питання та відповіді.

Далі вчитель показує різнокольорову іграшку або малюнок,
наприклад собаку, та описує її.

Aims and objectives: активізувати і повторити лексичні одиниці до
теми "Моя сім"я", закріпити слова, структури "I have got a ...." ,
утворюючи речення та сприймаючи їх на слух; активізувати
використання вивчених лексичних одиниць і структур, розширювати
межі вживання дієслова to be у реченнях (is, am, are); розвивати
навички правильної вимови, читання побудови речень, виразів,
монологічного мовлення та складання оповідань за малюнками;
виховувати шанобливе ставлення до членів своєї родини, до людей
різних професій.
Equipments : книжки, зошити, малюнки, таблиця, кросворд,
роздавальний матеріал.

Мета: заохочувати учнів до
вивчення традицій країни, мовою
якої вивчаємо, удосконалювати
навички усного мовлення,
розвивати вміння декламувати
вірші. Розвивати кругозір учнів ,

комунікативні та артистичні
здібності, творчий характер у дітей,
розвивати їхню пам'ять . Розширити знання дітей по історії свята та

Обладнання: актовий зал ,ширма за якою ховаються герої. На ширмі

1-й участник «пашет землю» (кладет обручи)
2-й участник «сажает картошку»(кладет картошку в обруч)
3-й участник «поливает картошку» (обегает каждый обруч с лейкой)
4-й участник «убирает урожай» (собирает картофель в ведро)
Побеждает более быстрая команда.
(Дети несут ведьмам картошку.
Они смотрят на нее и не хотят
есть.)
Ведьма №1: No, thank you!
Ведьма №2: Ні, дякуємо, вона якась брудна, на підлозі валялась…
Ведьма №3: Не хотим такое угощение! А фрукты у вас есть?

Our world has many faces. It is different in its beauty. There are lots of
wonders in the world. Since ancient times men have travelled to different
countries and continents and have sailed across different seas and oceans.
People have always wanted to know the world better. The "English

Meet Canada! It is the second largest country in the world. It covers
9,976,185 square kilometres. This area is as big as the whole Europe. The
population is 27 million people. It is less than half the population of
Britain.
Most of the Canadians have their roots in families of immigrants from
European countries: the United Kingdom and Ireland, France and Germany.
Today a lot of immigrants come from Asia. The original population were
the Eskimos and the Indians. Most of them live in the north of Canada.
In winter Canada is very cold and has a lot of snow. Winter sports are very
popular here.
For many years Britain and France fought for Canada. It is an independent
country now. But the British Queen is still the head of the state. Most of the
population speak English, but about 6 million Canadians speak French.
This is the CN Tower in Toronto. Toronto is the largest city in Canada.
Other big cities are Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary. We live in Winnipeg.
The capital is Ottawa. It is not very big but comfortable.

A long walk in the country is very interesting. Such a walk is called a
hike. And when you go for a walk in the country, you say that you are
going on a hike.
Why is hiking such a nice thing for many people, especially for
schoolchildren and students?
Well, a hike is a walk for pleasure in the open air. You don't need to
think about tickets, timetables and other things like these. Usually a hike
is a good time for friends to spend some days or even a day together in the
forest, on a bank of the river or in the countryside. What you need is a
rucksack with all the things you will use on a hike and a group of your
best friends or classmates.
It has become a very good tradition for the pupils of some schools to
go hiking. At the beginning of the school year when the classmates meet
again after their summer holidays, they go on a hike. They take some

URBAN PROBLEMS
The urban problem is one of the most complex in today's world. One of
every six people lives in a city with a population of more than one million.
There is a tendency towards rise of the urban population. Today there are
many big cities with the population ranging from 5 to 10 million and above.
By the year 2010, demographers expect that Mexico City will have a population of 30 million, Calcutta, some 20 million, Bombay, and Jakarta, from 15
to 20 million. There are more than 20 cities in the CIS states with the
population of over one million.
The main urban problems are water supply, public transport, housing
construction, air pollution, noise etc. The problems of ecological imbalance

in big cities are very urgent and they can call a crisis if due measures are not
taken.
