Submission guidelines
Your submitted proposal should fit into one of the following categories:
1) Traditional Presentation (30 minutes)
A summary of presenter’s work on a theoretical or practical aspect of
teaching and learning. Presentation should be 20 minutes, and 10 minutes
should be allocated for questions and answers.
2) Workshop (40 minutes)
An interactive, hands-on session where the presenter demonstrates a
practical activity related to language teaching/learning.
3) Panel Discussion (40 minutes)
A structured discussion of a relevant topic in language learning and
teaching by a group of colleagues, usually in a roundtable format.
4). Poster Presentation (1 hour)
An informal way to share findings of your research and/or a teaching
practice (e.g. suggested lesson plans, projects) at a designated time during
the conference. A presenter should be available to answer any question
from the viewers and to discuss findings.
5) Pecha Kucha (6 minutes and 40 seconds)
Presentation of a topic (e.g. one’s current work), in a informal and relaxed
way through 20 slides, each taking 20 seconds.
Submission timeframe:
15 March 2015: Deadline for submission
01 April 2015: Notification of acceptance
You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your presentation proposal
within 10 days. In case you do not receive an email, please contact us again.
