There are a lot of problems with the circular saw working capacity in wood sawing,
especially at high length of stroke. This article describes a method for increasing the
circular saw stability in regular wood cutting and at high length of stroke. Method is
based on the principle of circular saw differential motion. We presented kinematic calculations and calculations of stress from the centrifugal forces and temperature drop.
We also looked at different variants of circular saw cutting mechanism with a differential motion.
