Project Title Authors Problem Data Every project starts with a problem. Here’s a great place to put a graph of your data. What’s the problem your group had to solve? Results Hypothesis Before you analyzed the data, what did you think it would say? Now that you’ve looked at the data as a chart, tell the audience any important points. Tell the audience about the center of your data (the mean or median) How will you know if you were right? How do you prove your hypothesis true or false? Tell the audience about the spread of your data (the minimum, maximum, and range) Method Conclusions and Discussion So you have your problem, and a hypothesis, now what did you do? Can you make any comparisons with your data? What does the data mean for your audience? What tools did you use? How many measurements did you make? Were there any problems collecting data? What was your hypothesis? Does the data support or disprove your hypothesis?
